We run most of our appointments at 25 main donor centres where we have permanent teams and greatest capacity. Right now, there are spaces we must fill in order to maintain a good blood supply to hospitals. Could you book at one of these?

In addition to these 25 main centres, there are also thousands of temporary community-based venues where you can give blood.

Community-based venues

These are temporary blood donation centres in towns and villages around England.

Donations take place in a variety of buildings – for example church halls, sports centres, mosques, football stadiums and hotels. Find your local blood donation venue and book an appointment.

We usually visit these venues 2 or 3 times per year, but this can be more often, depending on the number of local blood donors.
