How you can help

Patients need lifesaving blood for emergencies, childbirth, surgery, cancer treatment and to treat blood and medical conditions.

You can help by:

  • keeping your appointment if you can - if you need to rearrange please give us 3 days’ notice, so we have time to fill your appointment

  • drinking plenty of water - it’s important that you are well hydrated in the days leading up to your donation

  • wearing a face covering - we're still asking everyone to wear a face covering unless medically exempt

  • Checking our coronavirus safety advice before you come
