We have free Wi-Fi, TV and a friendly team who look forward to welcoming you.
The centre is less than a five minute walk from New Street Station.
Donors can park for free for 2 hours at the NCP New Street Car park, on St Jude's Passage, B5 4AN (behind the Alexander Theatre). Please bring your parking ticket to the donor centre and show it to a member of the team. If you do choose to park at this car park, you will be entering Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone – you may have to pay to drive inside this.
