About the centre
We are open on weekdays, evenings and weekends. For the latest opening hours and to book an appointment call us on 0300 123 23 23.
If you are travelling to the centre by car, donors can park in the Waitrose car park, which is opposite Regal House. This car park costs about £1 per hour and accepts both cash and card.
Please be aware that Twickenham is included in the expanded Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ).

Opening hours
The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 8am to 3.30pm
- Tuesday - midday to 7.30pm
- Wednesday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Thursday - midday to 7.30pm
- Friday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Saturday - 8am to 3.30pm on alternate weeks (closed when open on Sunday)
- Sunday - 8am to 3.30pm on alternate weeks (closed when open on Saturday)
Please note, Saturday and Sunday opening hours may vary when rugby matches are scheduled at Twickenham Stadium.
The first and last appointments of the day will be within these opening hours. Please only visit the donor centre if you have an appointment booked. We are unable to provide walk-in appointments.
