Three Steps to Giving Blood

1. To register online click here or alternatively call the donor helpline on 0300 123 23 23

2. Visit the local donor session and complete a short, confidential health form. To find out when and where the nearest blood donation sessions are taking place click here or call our donor helpline 0300 123 23 23

3. Provide a small blood sample (to see if you’re anaemic), then lie back, relax, donate and save a life. After a few minutes rest, you can be on your way. The entire session shouldn’t take more than an hour and you can walk away knowing that you are a VIP in your community.
