You can use the Arragon Road Car Park for free during the time of your plasma donation. Please show the parking attendant your appointment confirmation email or letter stating the date and time of your donation to exit the car park.
Accessibility
The main entrance to the plasma donor centre is located at the front of the building. The building is fully wheelchair accessible, with level access. There is a lift to take you up to the plasma donor centre on the 8th floor.

Travelling to the donor centre
If you are travelling by train, the donor centre is a 2 minute walk from Twickenham train station.
If you are travelling by bike, you can bring your bike into the donor centre with you, where there are 2 bike racks available to use. You will need to bring your bike up to the 8th floor in the lift.
If you are travelling by car, park at the Arragon Road car park for free during your plasma donation session. From here, it's a 3 minute walk to the donor centre. This is a multi storey car park with a 1.9m height restriction.
Please be aware that this car park and the Twickenham donor centre are located in the expanded Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ).

Opening hours
The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 8am to 3.30pm
- Tuesday - midday to 7.30pm
- Wednesday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Thursday - midday to 7.30pm
- Friday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Saturday - 8am to 3.30pm on alternate weeks (closed when open on Sunday)
- Sunday - 8am to 3.30pm on alternate weeks (closed when open on Saturday)
Please note, Saturday and Sunday opening hours may vary when rugby matches are scheduled at Twickenham Stadium.
