Metallica concert NHSBT Charity Prize Draw

The promoter of the Metallica M72 Tour – NHSBT Charity 'Snake Pit' Concert Tickets (London Stadium Sunday 5th July) Prize Draw ("the prize draw") is NHSBT Charity, a registered charity in England and Wales, Registered Charity No.1061771 whose registered office is at Barnsley Blood Centre (Unit D), Capitol Way, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3FG ("the Charity").

1. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
2. NHSBT employees and volunteers directly involved in the administration of this prize draw, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. NHSBT employees who are not directly involved in the administration of this prize draw are eligible to enter.
3. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Entries are made by completing the prize draw ticket entry form above
2. No purchase is necessary
3. This Prize Draw aims to help amplify the message of the importance of blood donation. All entrants must complete the 3 questions on the entry form. All entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw, irrespective of whether the questions are answered correctly. Entrants who answer the questions incorrectly will still be entered into the prize draw.
4. All entries submitted must be submitted at  Metallica M72 Tour – NHSBT Charity Prize Draw – Fill out form and all entries must arrive by the Closing Date, 12pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026.
5. Only 1 entry per person is permitted
6. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw

1. The prize draw opens at 4pm on Monday 29 June 2026 and closes at 12pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026.

1. The prize consists of: 2 tickets to Metallica M72 Tour UK Concert at London Stadium on Sunday 5th July
2. The prize includes 2 'Snake Pit' Concert Tickets only unless expressly stated otherwise. These 2 tickets will allow the winner +1 to see Metallica from the famed snake pit. The winner will be right in the centre of the action, with passes to watch the show from the centre of the stage with a complete 360 view.
3. The prize has been gifted free of charge to the NHSBT Charity by Metallica as part of Metallica’s 2026 'European Blood Drive'
4. The prize does not include travel; accommodation; food or drink; insurance; spending money; any other expenses
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Charity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
2. The draw will take place on 1 July 2026.
3. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided.
2. If the winner cannot be contacted by 4:30pm on 1 July 2026 or fails to claim the prize by 4:30pm on 1 July 2026, the Charity reserves the right to select another winner.

1. The Charity is not responsible if the concert is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
2. Any replacement tickets or refunds will be subject to the event organiser's or ticket provider's policies.

1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Charity, NHSBT and Metallica may publish their first name and county for the purpose of announcing the winner unless the winner objects
2. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide a quote and, where possible, content to use on NHSBT social media channels to help promote the Metallica partnership and amplify the important message of blood donation, unless the winner objects
3. The Charity will comply with applicable data protection laws regarding any personal information published.

1. Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with NHSBT's Privacy Policy and the Metallica M72 Tour – NHSBT Charity 'Snake Pit' Concert Tickets (London Stadium Sunday 5 July 2026) Prize Draw Privacy Statement (see below)
2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the prize (for example, the London Stadium Box Office).
3. Entrants may exercise their rights under applicable data protection legislation by contacting the Charity.

1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded
2. Subject to clause 11, 1), the Charity shall not be liable for technical failures; lost, delayed or incomplete entries; circumstances beyond its reasonable control cancellation or alteration of the concert by the organiser; Disqualification
3. The Charity reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: breaches these Terms; provides false information; attempts to manipulate the prize draw; acts fraudulently or dishonestly.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction
2. This prize draw does not constitute gambling; this promotion qualifies as a free draw under the Gambling Act 2005
